Banner and a new layout

I'm not totally sold on the color scheme of the new layout, it's awfully. . .brown. . . but I SUCK at choosing colors. Help, my color savvy friends. Por favor! And I'm not abandoning the banner, because I love it liek woah. It's simple, and it's the DeSoto! <3 I'm not changing it! hahah Maybe it needs a border. Hrm.

Anyway, here's the last banner I posted at spuffy_wonder before the prompt challenge deadline. I'm not sure if any of you AREN'T already members there, or if you're even interested (this is not a plea for comments, I'm tired, and rambly, and shutting up about it) but I like to keep stuff here, too. Sorry for the doubling up.



It's been a good day. Busy, but good, and filled with things that have made me laugh. Not much more you could ask from a day. Oh, Jesus. I just need to shut up and go to bed. Night! :D

I like the new layout, the colours go well with your banner. The only thing I would suggest is to make the text a bit lighter, it's a little hard to read (for me anyway...)

Thanks for mentioning the font color. My screen's awfully bright at home, so sometimes things that are easily read/seen there don't work on other monitors.

Is it easier to read now? I went up a few shades.
