Both are pretty basic texture and filter effects done from tutorials (with some tweaking on my end) that I found on icon_tutorial -- FAB community. Ridiculously awesome tips and tricks to be found there.

I really like them both but I like the first one better. It has that worn out, vintage-y look that I'm really fond of. :)

Thank you! I like the grungy, vintage stuff a lot too, but for some reason the water paper effect just really does it for me in the second one. lol
