xtanitx: (absurd to ludicrous)

I don't EVEN know...*

My co-worker and I are cackling over this e-book I stumbled across at Amazon. (I'm reading reviews/checking best sellers in my capacity as procurer of sci-fi/fantasy titles here at work. That this is in the top 100 sci-fi books makes me a little sadpants. Not enough to keep from belly laughing, though.) I'm considering this proof that the ability to publish your book in any format is maybe not enough reason FOR you to "publish" your book.

The blurb:
Angel Anael was sent to earth on a mission to help a human boy. What she did not expect was to be mistaken for a human girl and was bitten by a thirsty and attractive vampire named Kendrick. The mixing of both bloods created a new race of Angel Vampires!
The Angel Vampire

The reviews are the best part, honestly. "I recommend this story 200%" I don't know about you, but I'm TOTALLY sold. I'm so sold, I'm 200% sold!!

Signed,
(Mean) Marian the Librarian
