Don't feel silly. :) You're the second person who's asked! And since you're the second person, now I feel silly for having made it! lol Anyway, it's a blood bag. He's tearing into it to pour into a mug. . . from the Yoko Factor episode, I think.

If I put "hungry" on it, do you think it would be more obvious that it's blood of some kind?
